Over 90% of its calories comes from fat, including saturated fats known as MCT (Medium-Chain Triglycerides). Research has shown that MCT’s can help to reduce appetite and in turn reduce calorie intake compared to other fats. Great if you’re looking to reduce your daily calorie intake but without feeling hungry all the time.

Stock/Broth
We use this in our meat dishes and again you’re going to get another serving of great nutrients. The big win is that it can aid with bone growth and repair due to it breaking down into collagen in the body. So, for those of you running, lifting weights etc, you can really benefit from including this in your diet, there’s even been research to show it can help people with osteoporosis.
